Welcome to the Integrity Group’s Foundational Coaching Program, designed to empower agents to excel in their real estate careers through a self-paced training structure supported by regular check-ins and interactive sessions.

Who This Program is For:

Agents in our Foundational Coaching Program are those who benefit from guidance but thrive in a self-paced learning environment. Whether they are new to the industry or seeking to enhance their skills, our program caters to individuals who value autonomy and personalized support on their journey to success in real estate.

 

Program Structure

  • Self-Paced Training: Agents will have access to comprehensive training materials that they can progress through at their own pace. This allows for flexibility in learning and ensures agents can absorb the material effectively.

 

  • Weekly Check-Ins: Our program includes weekly check-ins with leadership to provide guidance, address any challenges, and celebrate progress. These sessions are invaluable for personalized support and encouragement.

 

  • Task Completion and Quizzes: Agents will engage with the material by completing tasks and quizzes, ensuring they grasp key concepts and are equipped to apply them effectively in their work. 

 

  • Workshops: Every Tuesday, we hold workshops covering various topics such as best practices, contract review, buyer/seller presentations, or featuring guest speakers. These sessions provide additional learning opportunities and facilitate skill development. 

 

 

 

Support System 

  • Access for Questions: Agents have access to support via phone call twice daily, Monday through Thursday, during designated times, and as directed on the weekend. This ensures that any queries or concerns can be addressed promptly, fostering a supportive learning environment.

 

  • Emergency Support: In the event of emergencies, agents can call or text as needed, ensuring that urgent matters are attended to promptly and efficiently.

 

  • Integrity Group Meeting: Every Tuesday morning, agents gather for the Integrity Group meeting from 9am to 10am. During this session, we review market updates, discuss observations from the field, and share insights on important topics and events. This meeting fosters collaboration and keeps agents informed and engaged with the latest industry developments.
