Our Story
In 2012, our founder, Haley Hart, embarked on her real estate journey with high hopes and the guidance of an incredible mentor. Despite having a license, the reality of real estate's complexities quickly became apparent. Over-reliance on her mentor led Haley to realize the importance of mastering the intricacies of real estate transactions independently.
After five years in the industry and a considerable investment in commissions to her mentor, Haley committed to learning every aspect of real estate transactions. This dedication led her to earn her Responsible Broker license and eventually mentor new agents herself. Reflecting on her early career struggles, Haley saw the need for comprehensive training programs that prepare agents for every stage of a transaction, from the initial consultation to the closing table.
